Glenhaven is an original Mid-Century modern home, over looking the Pacific Ocean, in the Pacific Palisades. Redesigned by the talented architect, John Himes, the home stayed true to it’s original form. The new floor plan and addition opens the home to scenic ocean views from virtually every room. The Mid-Century design is well maintained, accenting the beautiful post and beam construction, true to it’s original design. By opening the main living space and creating flow from the interior to exterior, we were able to attain a real Southern California indoor outdoor feel.

Marina Point Dr.
Unit 1118 at Azzura is a major remodel of an existing one bedroom, one bath, 1100 sqft unit in Marina Del Rey. CA. The design was inspired by HDevelopment, which was able to create a warm contemporary feel by using organic materials throughout.

Major renovation and addition of a 3,210 sq. ft. home overlooking famous Mulholland Drive.

Custom Remodel and addition of a 4325 sq. ft. home in Woodland Hills. The home consists of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a sprawling floor plan.

Glencoe Avenue
2218 Glencoe was an extremely successful resale development project put together by HDevelopment. The original home was a 1200 sqft of run down bungalow, that was dramatically redesigned into a stunning 2700 sqft Mid-Century time piece by HDevelopment. The home consists of a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom styled with lavish, high end finishes throughout. With 14ft ceilings, an open floor plan, and indoor outdoor appeal. The home sold immediately upon completion. HDevelopment looks forward to new redevelopment projects coming to fruition in the near future.

Major renovation built in 2012. The home consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The house is approximately 4,120 sq. ft. located in the Hollywood Hills.

Rising Glen Road
Major renovation of existing 3,000 sq. ft. Mid-Century Modern home in the West Hollywood Hills.

HDevelopment brought into this project by talented designer, Robert Stelloff. Robert and his client had envisioned an amazing sanctuary bringing in both nature and natural light. This was attained through great vision and execution. The home is meticulously detailed, with every aspect of the finish taken into consideration. The home was originally built in the 2006, with major renovations taking place in 2014-15.

Cabrillo Avenue
New construction - Ground-up contemporary construction, built in 2008. This house was constructed for resale by HDevelopment and their team of investors. 1220 Cabrillo Ave consists of 3 story custom contemporary construction, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home is approximately 3,350 sq. ft., with 850 sq. ft. of rough deck overlooking Abbott Kinney and Venice Beach. High end materials are of abundance, with Ann Sacks tile, radiant floor heating, and advanced micro duct HVAC throughout.

New construction. 5,400 sq. ft. Custom Spanish/Mediterranean style home in lovely Bel-Aire Crest. The home consists of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms overlooking downtown Beverly Hills.

Major renovation and remodel of existing 4,250 sq. ft. original West Hollywood Hills home.

Mandeville Canyon Road
Custom interior and exterior remodel of a 4,125 sq. ft. Cape Cod home located at the top of Mandeville Canyon Road. Custom materials were used throughout this newly renovated home.

This was a commercial project by HDevelopment in 2011. The project consisted of a major remodel and addition of new office, large foyer, and state-of-the-art workout facility.

2120 Ocean Park Boulevard
An income property purchased by HDevelopment and it’s team of investors. The exterior and interior were renovated with the original architectural details secured. The property was resold in 2010

216 Ashland Avenue
Ashland Ave is a 1940’s building purchased in 2007, renovated and sold within a year. The exterior of the building was renovated keeping the integrity of the original architecture in place. The interior units were remodeled and updated, keeping many of the large moldings in place that were common to this particular time period in architecture.

818 Doheny Drive, Units 502, 603, 702, 802, 803 & 908
Major renovation and remodel of seven 1,500–2,600 sq. ft. condominiums in the Doheny Towers. Through major construction we were able to create an open floor plan, maximizing the square footage in the space. Creating a true Master suite was our clients wish, we were able to do so through meticulous planning during the design phase. The finishes are high quality, with our attention towards light and warm materials.

818 Doheny Drive, Unit 1206
HDevelopment, in collaboration with talented designer Brian Bell, created a true masterpiece in West Hollywood. 1206 contains a unique mix of organic materials, stream line details, and natural stones throughout. With an open floor plan and sprawling 180 degree views, this unit is spectacular!

Built in 2011, The Rose Restaurant was designed to emulate a famous restaurant in the French Riviera. The eatery seats approximately 120 people with a gorgeous inside out California feel.
